    Meet Nicole: 

    That's me!! I'm a mom to a spirited, almost 2 year old, and have been exploring my own iterations of Self and uncovering layers of societal conditioning since officially becoming Mom. Motherhood has been an opportunity (and catalyst) for massive self discovery, spiritual exploration, nervous system regulation and a reconnection to my body. Through the depths of pregnancy, a massive career change (formerly a nurse), and unlearning good girl conditioning,  I've finally started to FIND myself.  I'm now on a mission to help other women come home to their trust Self and smash societal constructs and old paradigm, status quo thinking.  I'm honoured to hold and facilitate this group exploration of the sacred Maiden to Mother journey.
